Body Harmony is gentle, conscious touch-based therapy. Every Body Harmony session caters to the uniqueness of each client. Body Harmony will support you to find greater effectiveness and joy in your life, and to enhance your mind/body/spirit connection.

Body Harmony gently coaxes, supports and encourages the body to a place of greater flexibility and wellbeing. It explores the best ways to allow the body to release the limitations standing in the way of resolving issues and achieving goals.
